Mapei Hellas PRESS EVENT
The Sustainable Communication Strategy & Press Event for Mapei Hellas was delivered through a fully integrated strategic and production approach, including concept development, event planning, and end-to-end PR management. Organized on 15 October 2025 at the National Gallery, a venue of strong cultural symbolism, the event was designed to support the prestige and strategic positioning of Mapei Hellas, which ismember of the international Mapei Group and a leading company in the building materials sector, while providing a high-level environment suitable for institutional guests, media representatives, and key stakeholders.
From a production and communication perspective, the project combined strategic storytelling with premium event execution. The event showcased Mapei Hellas’ strategic direction focused on sustainability, innovation, and export growth, while introducing the new Zero Line green product range, designed and produced in Greece. The production scope included venue setup, stage and speaker management, guest flow coordination, technical production, and branding integration, ensuring that content, corporate messaging, and audience experience operated as one cohesive narrative aligned with the company’s sustainability vision.
The event hosted distinguished institutional representatives, including the Ambassador of Italy to Greece, Paolo Cuculi, and the General Director of the SEV Council for Sustainable Development, Diana Georgakopoulou, alongside members of the business community and media. The strategic communication plan delivered a strong measurable impact, generating 83 online publications, 29 social media mentions, and 5 print features, demonstrating the effectiveness of both the PR strategy and production execution. Implemented with a clear sustainability focus and responsible practices, the event reinforced Mapei Hellas’ corporate values and delivered a high-value communication result with lasting visibility.
