Hellenic Dairies Halloumi Production Plant Inauguration in Cyprus
Purple Events designed and delivered the inauguration event for the new halloumi production plant of Hellenic Dairies S.A. in Cyprus, creating a high-end corporate event for 400 guests from Greece, Cyprus, and international markets.
The main challenge of the project was the complete transformation of a purely industrial facility without any existing infrastructure and located outside the urban area, into a fully functional, safe, and aesthetically refined event environment. At the same time, the team managed complex logistics, a highly demanding timeline, and the diverse needs of an international guest list.
To address these challenges, Purple Events developed an integrated concept inspired by the values of innovation, sustainability and tradition, transforming the site into three distinct and fully operational venues: a green cocktail area, a sustainable corporate area featuring a custom-designed wooden stage, and a dinner area with live kitchen experiences and live music.
Strategic management of guest transportation and accommodation, seamless coordination of the visitor experience, and the development of a custom application to manage the factory tour program ensured smooth flow, operational efficiency, and a premium hospitality experience.
The event attracted a strong presence of journalists and opinion leaders, generating significant earned media coverage in Greece and Cyprus and strengthening the international visibility of the brand.
