HiBob Leadership Retreat
For HiBob’s annual leadership retreat, C-level executives, VPs and team members travelled to Greece for a week of meetings, shared experiences and meaningful connection.
Purple Events delivered the complete destination programme, managing airport transfers, daily logistics, meeting set-ups, printed materials, activities and evening experiences. Our team remained closely involved throughout the week, adapting quickly to changing needs. When a private boat cruise was requested at short notice, it was organised and added to the programme without disrupting the schedule.
The creative concept and key visual, developed by our creative team, drew inspiration from the Greek agora, Socratic thinking and the power of connection. Purple brought this idea to life through branded materials, selected gifts and a creative workshop with a local Greek tapestry artist, resulting in a single collective tapestry created by the participants.
The programme also offered guests the opportunity to experience Greece through a private boat cruise, local activities, a Greek evening with traditional dancers and a themed dinner at a nearby private villa.
The result was a complex, multi-day retreat that felt smooth and effortless for its guests. By combining careful preparation with the ability to adapt in real time, Purple created the conditions for HiBob’s leaders to focus on their conversations, relationships and shared direction.
