FESTIVALL TOGETHER
FestivAll Together – Inspired by JTI was the first full-day Family Event. Designed for approximately 120 employees of JTI Hellas and their families, it focused on strengthening the company’s Employer Brand and reinforcing internal engagement through a shared, experience-driven concept. The event took place at a summer venue with panoramic views of Attica, combining natural surroundings, a pool area, and fully activated indoor and outdoor spaces to support a seamless, large-scale family experience.
From a production perspective, the event was developed as a multi-layered festival environment tailored to all age groups, requiring comprehensive planning and coordination. The production scope included full venue transformation, all-day catering operations with family-friendly food and beverage options, activity zoning, and simultaneous program flow management.
A wide range of entertainment and experiential elements, including sports and kids’ activities, creative workshops, adult-focused experiences, live DJ set, theatre performance, and the active presence of a professional host, were integrated into one cohesive event narrative, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the day.
